• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of bb9 or any of its technology partners, game providers, or payment processors.

bb9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. bb9 will not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of delays caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the bb9 platform you must complete a registration process that requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth, and a secure password. You may only hold one registered account on bb9. Holding multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances across affected accounts.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to notify bb9 promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your mobile number, which serves as your account identifier.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bb9 will never request your password via live chat, SMS, phone call, or email. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bb9 support immediately.
• bb9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion where it believes, on reasonable grounds, that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before bb9 will process any withdrawal request. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of the mobile wallet used for deposits. bb9 may request additional documents where required to satisfy its verification obligations.

All activity carried out using your account credentials — whether or not conducted by you personally — is your responsibility. If you permit or negligently allow a third party to access your account, bb9 will hold you responsible for all bets placed and all transactions conducted during that session. bb9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account use where the access was facilitated by the account holder's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though daily and monthly limits may be applied for responsible gaming reasons or as required by bb9's payment partners.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent deposit. bb9 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts, international bank transfers, or payment methods not associated with the account holder's registered details.

• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile banking provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. bb9 does not charge a platform-side transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may change and players will be notified of any such change in advance.

All deposits to bb9 must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. bb9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account flagged for review.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bb9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of the offer. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual offer terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player. bb9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount where it determines the bonus was claimed by a person other than the registered account holder, or where the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household address, device, IP address, or Bangladesh mobile number. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• bb9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with each other unless the specific offer terms explicitly permit combination. Where a conflict arises between a general bonus condition and a specific offer term, the specific offer term shall prevail.

bb9 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or winnings derived from bonus play where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bb9 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. In addition to individual game rules, the following fair play conditions apply to all gameplay on bb9.

• All random game outcomes on bb9 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). bb9 does not manipulate game results, adjust RTP (Return to Player) percentages without disclosure, or operate any game that is not certified as fair by the relevant provider.

In all such cases, stakes will be returned in full to the player's account.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours for daily limits, 7 days for weekly limits, and 30 days for monthly limits) has elapsed.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and attempting to withdraw them as gambling winnings, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Fraud, including chargebacks, false identity verification documents, impersonation of another person, or any misrepresentation of material facts to obtain an account, bonus, or withdrawal that would not otherwise be available.
• Exploitation of technical errors, including using a known software bug, display error, or pricing error to place bets at terms that would not be offered under normal circumstances. Any winnings from such bets are void and will be forfeited.
• Accessing or attempting to access the bb9 platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask or falsify the user's true geographical location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Any conduct intended to harm, harass, abuse, or threaten other players, bb9 staff, or support team members, whether through the platform's communication features or through any external channel where the conduct is connected to bb9 platform activity.

bb9 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate account action. Where bb9 suffers a financial loss as a result of a player's prohibited activity, bb9 reserves the right to pursue recovery of that loss through all available legal means.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bb9's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with that player's use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bb9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data, whether arising from platform use, game outcomes, payment processing delays, or any other cause connected with the bb9 service.

bb9 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and bb9 disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and events beyond bb9's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures) may result in platform unavailability for which bb9 shall not be liable.
